Important: By accessing or using CampaignPlus (campaignplus.in or app.campaignplus.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CampaignPlus Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any CampaignPlus service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions
- You agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference
- Your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in India and your jurisdiction
2. Definitions
- "CampaignPlus", "we", "us", "our" — CampaignPlus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates
- "Platform" — The CampaignPlus software, website (campaignplus.in), and application (app.campaignplus.in)
- "User", "you", "your" — Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform
- "Subscription" — Your paid access to the Platform on a Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly basis
- "Message Credits" — Credits purchased to send WhatsApp messages via the Meta Business API
- "Contacts" — End-customers or recipients managed through the Platform by a User
- "Content" — Any data, text, templates, media, or messages uploaded or created through the Platform
- "Meta / WhatsApp" — Meta Platforms Inc. and the WhatsApp Business API infrastructure
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use CampaignPlus, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your name, business name, email address, phone number, and WhatsApp Business Account details.
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately at support@campaignplus.in if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
- CampaignPlus is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to maintain security
3.3 Account Accuracy
You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
4. Services & Platform
CampaignPlus provides a WhatsApp Business API engagement platform that includes:
- Bulk broadcast messaging to opted-in contacts
- Chatbot builder and automation flows
- Multi-agent live chat and shared team inbox
- Click-to-WhatsApp Ads Manager
- WhatsApp Catalog, Cart, and payment collection
- Abandoned cart recovery and smart notifications
- Campaign analytics and reporting dashboard
- CRM and eCommerce integrations
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time with reasonable notice, except in cases of emergency or to comply with legal obligations.
5. Subscription & Pricing
CampaignPlus offers the following subscription plans:

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST (18%) unless stated otherwise. Message credits (for WhatsApp API messages) are separate from subscription fees and are charged at Meta's direct rates with zero mark up by CampaignPlus.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay and PayU. By completing a payment, you agree to Razorpay's and PayU's respective terms of service. CampaignPlus does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or UPI PINs.
6.2 Billing
- Subscription fees are charged upfront for the selected billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly)
- Message credit purchases are charged immediately upon purchase
- GST-compliant invoices are emailed to your registered email address within 24 hours of payment
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew by default — you must manually renew before expiry
6.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your subscription access may be suspended until the payment is resolved. You will receive email notifications for failed payments. Contact billing@campaignplus.in for billing disputes.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Subscription Fees
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced
- If you experience a technical issue caused solely by CampaignPlus that prevents platform access for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated credit for the affected period
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue to support@campaignplus.in
7.2 Message Credits
- Message credits are non-refundable once purchased
- Credits that were not used due to platform downtime attributable to CampaignPlus will be credited back to your account
- Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase
7.3 Exceptions
CampaignPlus reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. All decisions regarding refunds are final.
8. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance
CampaignPlus is an Official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP) operating under Meta's policies. As a user, you agree to:
- Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and all applicable Meta Terms of Service
- Only send messages to contacts who have explicitly opted in to receive WhatsApp communications from your business
- Use only approved message templates for outbound marketing messages
- Not send spam, misleading, illegal, or offensive content through the platform
- Honour all opt-out requests from WhatsApp users immediately
- Maintain a quality rating above "Medium" on your WhatsApp Business Account
- Not use the platform to send messages that violate any applicable Indian law including the IT Act 2000, TRAI regulations, and the Consumer Protection Act 2019
Violation of Meta's policies may result in your WhatsApp Business Account being suspended or banned by Meta. CampaignPlus is not liable for any such suspension.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the CampaignPlus platform to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or messages to contacts who have not opted in
- Distribute malware, phishing content, or fraudulent messages
- Impersonate any person, business, or entity
- Violate any applicable law including laws relating to privacy, data protection, intellectual property, and consumer rights
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's source code
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer your account or subscription to any third party without written consent
- Use the platform for illegal activities including money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing
- Send content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or promotes violence or discrimination
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 CampaignPlus Ownership
The CampaignPlus platform, including its software, user interface, branding, logos, documentation, and all associated intellectual property, is owned exclusively by CampaignPlus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
10.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to the platform (templates, contact data, campaign content). By uploading content, you grant CampaignPlus a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the services you have subscribed to.
10.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by CampaignPlus without any obligation to compensate you.
11. Data & Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key data responsibilities:
- You are the Data Controller for all contact data you manage through the platform
- CampaignPlus acts as a Data Processor processing data on your instructions
- You are responsible for ensuring all contact data you upload complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and applicable laws
- You must provide your Contacts with appropriate privacy notices and obtain valid consent before sending them marketing messages
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- CampaignPlus provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected immediately
- CampaignPlus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption
- Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising from or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to CampaignPlus in the 3 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any WhatsApp account suspensions, bans, or restrictions imposed by Meta resulting from your use of the platform
- We are not liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) including Meta API outages, network failures, or government actions
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CampaignPlus, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or relating to:
- Your use of the platform in violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights including privacy, intellectual property, or consumer rights
- Your violation of WhatsApp's or Meta's policies
- Any content you upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the platform
- Your violation of any applicable law
14. Termination
14.1 Termination by You
You may discontinue use of the platform at any time by not renewing your subscription. Account deletion requests must be submitted to support@campaignplus.in. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of a subscription period.
14.2 Termination by CampaignPlus
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities using the platform
- Your WhatsApp Business Account quality rating falls below acceptable levels due to spam complaints
- We are required to do so by law or Meta's policies
- Your account is used in a manner that poses risk to our platform or other users
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 90 days post-termination and then deleted, except where legal retention obligations apply.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be:
- First resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties within 30 days of written notice of the dispute
- If unresolved, submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with proceedings conducted in English in Mumbai, Maharashtra
- The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration
Notwithstanding the above, CampaignPlus reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We aim to acknowledge all grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days. For consumer disputes, you may also approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the consumer forum in your district.
